I was unschooled for most of my childhood.

I discovered that everything is interesting if you ask enough questions.

I live in Nashville, Tennessee, where magnolias are the evergreens and musicians are omnipresent.

I have a daughter who’s like sunlight dappling through the trees on a windy day.

I have a husband who is made out of nostalgia for decades and centuries past.

I’m an appreciator, an encourager, a friendtegrator, a devil’s advocate.

I don’t generally write poetry, but sometimes I do.
